Wardle Co Real Estate has an exciting full-time opportunity for a Sales and Property Management Administrator to join our dynamic team in our Moonta office, right in the heart of the Copper Coast!

This is a fantastic chance to gain valuable hands-on experience in both sales and property management administration. You'll receive ample training and support from our friendly team, making this the perfect role for someone eager to learn and grow within the real estate industry.

About the role:

  • Providing essential administrative support to our busy Sales and Property Management teams.
  • Preparing and processing agency agreements and contracts with accuracy
  • Liaising professionally with vendors, purchasers, brokers, conveyancers, and contractors.
  • Supporting the Wardle Co team with general administration tasks as required
  • Maintaining diligent database management, including accurate updating, recording, and maintenance of digital records.
  • Handling phone calls with professionalism and delivering exceptional customer service as a key point of contact.

Wardle Co Real Estate is seeking an energetic person who is highly motivated and has a strong interest in building a great career in real estate. It is essential the individual is reliable and has a strong drive to succeed.

 

Duties include:

  • Sales marketing, including digital and social media marketing
  • Meeting and communicating with clients on a regular basis
  • Negotiating agreements and contracts
  • Responding to email and phone enquiries
  • Preparing sales documents

 

The position requires:
